Purpose / Role Summary

This role will ensure that proper inventory is accounted for while maintaining orders, receipts, and shipments to and from customers.

Reporting Line

The Inventory Control Coordinator will report directly to District Manager.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assesses part needs based on quotes received
  • Pulls parts and fills out necessary paperwork associated with orders
  • Responsible for shipping parts to customers as needed
  • Completes weekly cycle counts to ensure we have adequate amounts for future repairs
  • Shipping and Receiving responsibilities
  • Responsible for data entry into the inventory system
  • Interacts and communicates with customers regarding orders
  • Various reporting tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

Education Requirements (Minimum and Preferred)

  • Minimum: High School or Equivalent
  • Preferred: 2 Year Degree

Professional Experience (Minimum and Preferred)

  • 2 years' experience

Skill Sets

  • Excellent organization skills including ability to successfully function within a multi-task environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Must be able to communicate with customers

Work Environment

  • Office/Shop
